Technical summary

NEXUS plugin for managing global server skills integrated with the skills CLI and available to agents. The backend lists installations across filesystem layouts, searches the catalog, and performs safe install, removal and SKILL.md reads; the interface provides catalog browsing, rendered documentation and Master Prompt generation.

• Security: every execution via nx_secure_exec (no shell), restricted PATH /opt/node/bin, controlled HOME, basename-sanitized names.
• Alpine.js UI (tab.php, 415 lines, "SKILL MATRIX v4.1"): stats (Total/Active/GLOBAL), premium toolbar, grid with skeleton/empty-state, Explore Catalog modal and Documentation modal (Markdown + multi-language Master Prompt).
